I applied online and had a phone call to schedule an in person interview the next day. I know it varies depending on the hiring manager but the one I had just asked me when I could work and I got the job immediately.

Interview
Was able to get interview same day. Straight forward questions. Was pretty run of the mill and overall an easy interview. When asked about salary, I negotiated based on the similar customer service jobs around the area.
