I was interviewed by the manager and two coworkers. I felt that The interview was great and we connected. After my initial interview, it was 3 weeks before they notified me they had decided to offer the position to another candidate. I sent my correspondence to both the higher manager and recruiter and never heard back from the hiring manager even after a follow-up email thanking him for his time.
