Flying in for an interview and immediately flying home can be tough, but the team members at Casady were accommodating and supportive as I went from one meeting to the next. I taught a demo lesson, and the students were engaged, respectful, and curious. The leadership was very upfront about the type of teacher they sought. I ended the day meeting with the head of school who was thoughtful and kind and asked me great questions about my professional career. I felt very welcomed by this community. The entire process was a great overall experience.
