I emailed the HR with my resume, cover letter and academic transcript. They replied by sending an email, stating the interview questions to be asked and the documents they need me to send to them and set a date for a virtual interview. The meeting began, and they expect that you start answering on your own the questions they sent. The position was not revealed to me until the end of the interview.
