Phone interview/screening, job shadowed with two sales people, "reverse interview" where I asked questions of two sales managers and the owner. Then had a phone interview with the owner. In addition to about four rounds of role playing, as this is a sales position, the owner badgered me about my past salary and seemed to criticize me because I was asking questions regarding the base salary. I asked how long until I could expect decent commissions, as I cannot survive on a low salary. He never did answer that question. Instead, he told me he didn't think I embraced the "possibility" of the position. I was somewhat insulted and felt bullied. Never been questioned in this manner in an interview before. Everything about the process was positive until that happened. I was surprised and extremely disappointed.
