Completed a paper application and then the interview was on site and conducted by the general manager. An offer was given on-site but.I declined due to low pay. No drug test or background checks are done by this company either.

Question 1
They asked about my past jobs. Wanted very specific details about the skills and customer service experience. I was asked my strengths and weaknesses. I was also asked what customer service meant to me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cash Saver (Ashland City, TN) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was pretty quick and to the point. I was told what they expected and was introduced to each manager. They were very nice and showed me around the store as we walked back up front explaining my job and hired me on the spot.
