Catalina Island Conservancy interview questions

I had three interviews, the first two being on Zoom and the last in person. I had a great experience and enjoyed meeting everyone; however, even though I was told the interviews went well, I ended up receiving a stock 'we've moved on with another candidate' email. I was confused and requested feedback on how to improve in the future and was told by HR that they didn't have any information to share. Overall strange experience and kinda felt like a waste of time at the end.

You interview on the phone with HR first if you pass that then they send your information over to the person you will be working with. If you pass that second interview, you then interview with a panel.
