Catalyst:Ed interview questions

This review is for Catalyst Exchange, formerly known as Catalyst: Ed. I applied and spoke to an external recruiter. That went well, and I was moved to the 2nd round after having to follow up asking about my candidacy. I then had the 2nd interview, and followed up again, and was confused because they sent multiple calendar invites for another interview with different times and no explanation. Before the third interview, I sent a simple question and did not get a reply for several days and had to follow up again, which was a red flag to me since they couldn't answer a basic question in a timely manner. I eventually bowed out as I was not impressed with the employees I was dealing with and their communication style and the expected amount of work.
