I was interviewed by a two party panel and my experience was very positive. I was asked straight forward questions, which for the title I was interviewing for is self explanatory. They ask questions that allow you to provide passionate responses to, which in this field you either have it or you don't! Do your research on the role, the company, and culture, also have a couple of good ending questions and you'll do great!
