The process was extremely well run, and completed within a couple of weeks. There was an initial catch up with the internal recruiter of about 30 mins, then an interview with the Test Lead and Engineer of about an hour talking through various test approaches. Following this there was a take home tech test, followed by 45 mins to discuss approach in the test and 45 mins to do cultural fit.
Everyone I met throughout the process was great, all very focused on building a platform the right way and all very capable of holding an engaging conversation around problems and outcomes. The only reason I ended up not taking the offer was due to my own personal circumstances, but it seems like a company that's got a great product, is very focused on customer outcomes and wants to build quality into all aspects of their deliveries.
