3 steps:
- assessment: multiple choice questions on English and Italian language skills, personal preferences to evaluate the candidate's aptitude and scenario questions
- introductory call: 30 mins of call with the recruiter, investigation on background, experiences and candidate's suitability for the position, economic proposal at the call ending
- job interview: 1 hour, with two TL - background, experiences and candidate's suitability for the position - 3 case simulation - KPIs questions
