Responded to a posting in an industry newsletter. One of the principals e-mailed back directly letting me know that they'd like to bring me in. Scheduled a meeting a week later with an account exec. Showed up and waited about 15 minutes at reception. The account exec then came out and let me know that the position had already been filled and that they wouldn't be meeting with me. "Oh, I uh, guess I forgot to let you know, huh?"
