All positions are outsourced through a recruiting firm. Mine was with Margie DeVine. She was great. She's very personable and skill at getting folks to see CE as more than just a religious non-profit.

I was asked tons of questions over 3 interview days. They are very guarded about who they hire, which isn't a bad thing. Just expect an intense interview process.
