Catholic Legal Immigration Network interview questions

I applied in March 2023. I was contacted over a month later. The first interview was with the HR manager by phone. Questions were standard. The second was with the director and managing attorney two weeks later. I followed up twice and the HR person never replied. I felt it was unprofessional from them to not even send an automatic email telling you are not being considered. Unfortunately, I have heard this is common in this organization.

Applied online, received interview. Interview was of average difficulty with the standard screening questions. I attempted to follow up after the interview with HR and was ghosted. Honestly, I expected more from this highly reputable organization however based upon this experience I would not waste time applying again in the future. Nor would I encourage others to apply. Interviews are two-ways and if the interview process is an indication of how employees are treated by the organization, then this is a huge red flag.
