Cavalry Staffing interview questions

Previously screened over the phone by a recruiter in Phoenix and then sent to the site in NY. I had met with the operations manager and the head recruiter. The operations manager mostly sat in and asked a few questions mostly about skill. As in if I knew how to use excel. The head recruiter looked more into my resume asking questions about my experience and mostly retail experience and handling difficult customers and providing examples.

Filled out an application and took a multiple choice exam. The interview was fairly easy and basic. They were more concerned with your driving history and checking to see if you have a record. The worst part of the interview was the wait time to be seen because there were at least 20 other people interviewing for the position.
