Initial phone screen, 2 hour on-site, then a 4 hour on-site with a panel of all finance employees, CEO, as well as the current VP's of the organization.The process took from Halloween in 2015 to mid January 2016. After all the interviews myself and the one other candidate were not offered the position due to budget concerns. Total interview time that I had vested into the situation was 8 hours. It is a little concerning about how much was vested into the vetting process to cancel the position and reflects poorly upon current leadership.
