Cedar Recruitment interview questions

Conversational. Met with members from various sales teams to learn more about the business and talk through my industry experience and professional ambition. All members of the teams met were open, friendly and approachable. Warm interview experience.

Two interviews totaling roughly 3 hours during which I met several senior employees and the CEO. The first interview was essentially about getting to know me and seeing if I would be right for both the company and recruitment ( I had no previous recruitment experience). The second interview was similar, but with more members of the team. I also did some quick exercises to test my sales ability. I was also told to make a presentation for the second stage interview.
