Interview
I found the job listing online, and applied for it. The HR contact me by calling after 3 work days, to conduct an in person interview with Software Support Managers. HR did not ask any questions, she only ask me for a time to meet. Then she send me an email about the details about the interview, and asked me to confirm it. The in person interview was on the 2nd day after that.
The interview was relatively easy. There managers meet me together. They explain the position, and there team, first. Then ask me to talk about myself.

the employees are changing rapidly in tech support team all the time and they keep hiring new people continuously to filling the position and give you poor training.
