Had interview with head of marketing, digital marketing manager and marketing manager. Were mostly talking about my previous experience and my expectations. They made me feel that I am exactly the person they are looking for. After that declined me by telling they needed someone more experienced. To be exact they were hiring marketing specialist with 2 years of experience and I have 6 years of expertise. So I did not get what they wanted
