Overall horrible interview with the 'talent acquisition partner'. The interview was scheduled to last 20 minutes, but didn't even last 9 minutes! The recruiter was rushing so quickly through the questions that I could barely hear what he was saying; he even cut off my answers that I had already cut short to keep up with him. At some point, he appeared to drop something and was moving up and around my screen, which was a major distraction. Just seemed like the recruiter wanted to end the call as soon as possible, and hadn't even taken a look at my application beforehand, as I saw that he was skimming through it on another monitor. Horribly unprofessional, and a massive waste of time.

I had a phone call initially inviting me to complete an assessment. The assessment was relatively simple, one was proof reading, the other was writing to a brief. I was successful and they then invited me to a virtual interview. The interviewers seemed friendly and it was a pleasant interview. They told me I would hear back about the role by the end of the week. However, I never heard back even after sending an email which they ignored.
