Interview
3-step process: phone screening, panel interview, and a final interview with CEO. The panel involved the direct supervisor and other staff the role would likely work with regularly. The interview with the CEO was not what I expected, in that it was much more about the high-level technical elements of the role, rather than cultural fit and overarching goals/needs.
