Center for Rural Affairs interview questions

Had a phone screening with a recruiter and when I followed up, was told they still doing interviews (over 2 weeks later). Recruiter took over a month to get back to me for a rejection. I hope this organization can make communication to potential candidates more of a priority in the future because it’s unprofessional otherwise.
