TLDR: Stood up for scheduled interview Scheduled for an online screener/interview on a Monday morning. Interviewer did not show up. Phone call went to voicemail. No response to email. Interviewer followed up a few days later to do a screener without an appointment saying she cancelled the interview. At the end of the ad hoc screener I inquired about compensation, which was about 50% of the median market rate in the KC Metro so I withdrew my app.
