The first interview went well, and the company told me I would be helping to promote online. However, when I went back in for my second interview, I was completely caught off guard. I was told to clear my schedule from 11:45-7:00pm. Before arriving I felt as though this was an unusually long time for an interview, but was told that I would be shadowing an employee to give me insight on what I would be doing. Upon waiting in the lobby, around 12:00 the employee that I was to be shadowing came out. He took me out into the parking lot, which I felt was odd, and said we were going to pick up the payroll. We drove 30 minutes only to find that the payroll had already been sent out. The lack of communication should have been the first sign at how unprofessional this company is. After this, the employee asked me to put in an address that we were going to. When I asked where we were headed, he explained that we were to be meeting with some clients. I was excited because I thought I was going to be witnessing how organization's interact with their clients. However, when we arrived, I noticed apartment buildings. I asked if I had put in the wrong address and he told me no, that we were in the right place. We got out of the car and we both sat on the sidewalk as he began to make "important" phone calls for over an hour. Still having no idea why we had stopped at these apartment buildings, I waited patiently while he finished up his calls. After he got off the phone, he realized that he needed to use the bathroom. With no bathroom in sight, the employee decided to urinate behind a building. Though he was not in sight, this seemed to be even more unprofessional. Around 3:00pm I finally realized that we would be going DOOR TO DOOR to make sales. Though I wound up staying the whole time, it was one of the worst days of my life. This is a pyramid job scheme. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
