I applied through their website with my CV and cover letter. I was then invited for a brief 30 minute telephone interview and felt very comfortable with the recruiter. The final stage was to complete two psychometric assessments and a written piece about the process of validating an assessment. My face to face was a little over an hour where we looked at my test results. The whole process was pleasant and not stresssful.
