Emailed for an interview. I replied, received a phone interview that was very broad. I then had to do a Skype assessment that was awkward. Had to have a webcam on and have them watch your head the whole time. After this, the in person interview was disorganized. They didn't know where it was, and the HR dept forgot it was even scheduled.
