My interview was with the Head of Human Resources, and it was a skills and competency-based interview. I prepared beforehand thinking of skills and situation examples from my past experiences, both work and personal experiences. The interview lasted for about an hour, and at the end I was invited to ask questions. After the interview concluded I was shown around the office, and introduced to the team.
