Intense - a 48 hour test with two essays, followed by a nearly one-hour long interview. Need to think on feet and to know your current affairs and general knowledge. Only thing I can say is to think long term, beyond 5-10 years. Think policy implications within next 50 years . Intense interview.

It is something that catches our attention at one scale and in one locale and points to larger implications for other locales or even globally.
