At first, out of so many applications they shortlisted some of the applicants. After which shortlisted candidates were then called for a written test post which they then arranged a personal interview.

First-round a written paper t. The written paper consists of three questions with internal choices. The three types being: 1. Excel data analysis 2. Econometric modeling 3. Essay. The time allotted for the written test 30 minutes
Second round. Technical panel interview.
