The director of the organization called me on the phone and we had a 15-12 minute conversation. She asked me why I wanted to work for Centro Legal. She also asked about my Spanish abilities, but did not give me a test or anything on it. We also discussed my previous event planning experience, my organizational skills, and whether I could use Excel.
