Very thorough with interview. You must know your stuff before heading in to talk with them. Very direct and to the point with questions. Allows you to ask questions as well without that feeling you sometimes get from interviewers about the facility.

Interview
Met with Manager and had an open discussion. Very nice interview process. She was open and very knowledgeable. We toured the relevant areas and then had further discussion. Definitely sounds like a great place to work!
