I applied online, got a response about a month later asking about 5/6 screening questions - why I have applied, why am I a good fit etc. After this I heard back and had a phone call interview, which led to a Skype interview a week after. Then a written assessment. I completed this and didn't hear back which is really disappointing. I appreciate that I didn't make the cut but respectfully the company could have at least issued a rejection email or an update after I made the time for answering the screening questions, the phone call, the interview and the written assessment.

Question 1
What interests you about Centus, what do you know about Centus?
The hiring manager followed up on my application with an email consisting of additional questions relating to the position. I was also informed to include any questions I had. This was followed by a phone interview where I was informed of the requirements of the position and had a lovely conversation relating to the changes relating to COVID. Unfortunately because of a few of the changes, I was no longer eligible but was asked to reapply when things reopened.

Interview
I applied for this job back in January. Had to describe why I wanted to work for centus which then led to a phone interview that was 30 mins where she asked me about myself and my experience and basically went through my cv. I got through this stage and had to do a written assessment that was 2 hours long which consisted of multiple different questions based on the work they do. I had to watch a video and make sure it aligned with the agreed upon requirements from the brand, draft an email about a client that were being dropped by a brand, fix an excel sheet and then do the top 10 influencers from that excel sheet. I got through that final stage and had a video interview with Danielle and Rose where they went through my cv again. They were really lovely and I felt really positive after the interview was over but I got no response for 3 weeks so I emailed them to get some feedback in which they told me there were a lot of applicants and I didn’t make the cut. That was back in March and in June they emailed me about a position they had coming up that they thought I would suit and I had another zoom call with them. I felt it went well but I got another rejection from them. Honestly, it was really disappointing as they still haven’t provided me with feedback. Very interesting company but it was a lot of effort and worrying for not getting anything back from them. I wouldn’t say not to apply to them because they do some really amazing work but just be prepared for a lengthy process.
