The overall process was rather slow, and quite depressing, given that the recessions had just hit Singapore and many are flocking to such job interviews. They choose people mostly based on fitness level and age.
The interview asked about your willingness to want to work in uniformed role, opinions about working in a team based culture, willingness to work in and rotate shift hours and to work in the east area of Singapore.
