There were two interviews. The first one wasn’t too formal and more for the to get to know you. The second interview lasted 2 hours and it was to see if the team liked you. I did have a few red flags with questions regarding personal life and it seemed they wanted someone who didn’t question much and did whatever they asked. Also, they do send you an NDA to sign to not work with competitors if you quit.
