Series of short interviews with several different people from the firm: two different paralegals and one associate. They were all very friendly and welcoming, and never came across as trying to intimidate or set you up in an interview trap. They were very knowledgable about the firm and answered all of my questions.

Apply, personal interview if they were interested. Then met with members of the practice group. Called back by human resources, if interested, to talk about salary and benefits. Followed by time to make a decision.
