interview process
HR invites you for an interview over the phone, with an online resume and formal attire. There is no exam.
There are three interviews in total: human resources, junior supervisor, and senior supervisor. At the beginning, the HR staff asked questions and then entered the self-introduction phase.
Next, the junior supervisor asked some questions about past experiences. The senior supervisor had no questions. Both senior and junior supervisors seemed mature.
(Feeling about 40-50), the whole interview process was very lifeless.
I think my performance is decent, but seeing that the other party's reaction is not enthusiastic, I know it's cool. Maybe the past learning experience is not what they want.
People, or the standard resume is set too high (N+10%), and they feel that the process is just a formality.
There is no response for more than a week, and I only get a canned thank you letter after taking the initiative to ask. This kind of QQ is the most annoying. Job seekers should hope that
