I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. It was a typical phone screen, with more general questions. After that I met with the hiring manager who had more in depth questions and specific information on the position.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to manage through a difficult customer situation.
Made it to the peer interview with two CSMs before that it was with a recruiter and the hiring manager. No presentation or mock case study. Overall the process was 1-2 hours of conversations.
recruiter screening. Walked me through the role and a bit about the company. Pretty basic questions like "walk me through your resume". They did kind of switch up which positions they were hiring (IE different CS segments) for which made the interview kind of rocky.
