Champion Management interview questions

The interview process was fairly simple. I applied via job board and within a week or so got contacted to setup initial virtual interview. Started with a brief 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. They asked marketing questions relevant to the job and how close it related to my background. A week later I got a 2nd interview where it was in person to meet at their office since its a hybrid job. I got to meet the team and meet upper management as well. I got to ask my questions more in detail since this 2nd interview was about 2 hours on site. However, after multiple attempts on only got 1 response on where management was discussing the role. The hiring manager ask me to follow up later that week to which I did and have not heard back after my attempts. I really don't understand what is the point if you are asking potential candidates to come to our office and spend 2 hours of their time just to be ghosted. Like my advice to you is be more transparent and better at actual communication. Stop ghosting and give us the hard truth of yes or no its that simple.

The interviewer was pretty unprofessional and had clearly not reviewed me at all as a candidate. Essentially accused me of lying about my experience during the interview. The company never followed up after said interview despite a follow up email from me asking what the status of my application was. This accompanied by the poor review from a previous employee that I know makes me glad I am not working for them.
