You go through several emails and questions. They start by asking you to answer 3 questions about yourself and your motivations. Second email they are going further about your skills and the tools you use, also they ask you to pass a personality tests. In the third step, it's a case study based on their problems and vision. (Never do this for free, I'll explain at the end of this review) Fourth step, you get a video interview (I was a foreign candidate) After all that, you receive nothing. Not a Yes or No. They simply ignore you. I might be not the right candidate but They could send at least a simple email saying, you are not the perfect candidate for us. Ps: If you apply for them, Never do the Case study exercice, at the risk to see your strategy used for free and you, ignored.
