Can you describe the most successful project you have worked on and explain why it was successful?
Great detail, very well organized. Nothing really stands out as difficult over the process. Owner is very versed in construction project management. Team is very professional. Office space is very well set-up for with technology to support day to day sucesesses.

Interview
Straight forward, get to know you interview. Typical questions to gauge experience & management style. The interviewers provided satisfactory answers to questions about company. I was interviewing them too for a good fit. No goofy aptitude tests or HR pre-screen nonsense. First interview was with two project directors, 2nd one with two project managers & and project director.
