I applied online through Glassdoor. I was contacted through email to schedule a phone screening. The following week I had a phone screening and then scheduled an in-person group interview. I came in to their Anaheim Hills office and interviewed with 2 employees. They were really kind and accommodating.

Started with a casual phone interview, more for getting to feel you out as a person. Then they invite you for an in-person interview. My in-person interview was a group interview with 2 other people. They make sure everyone gets a turn to speak.

Interview
After a phone interview, I was given a brief assignment to complete and bring in at a scheduled in-person interview. Although I arrived early for the interview, it started a bit after the scheduled time and I had the opportunity to speak with some of the employees while waiting. During the interview, the CEO popped in briefly to ask a few questions and then was back out.
