During the first phone call the SLP on the phone who I presume is the owner was not transparent about her role at the private practice and asked me what GPA was which is not something I'd ever been asked. Once at the interview, she proceeded to have me fill out a quiz about concepts in SLP. She also was not transparent about salary transitions from an SLPA to CF SLP. It was a strange experience.
