Was contacted on LinkedIn about the position and set up a Calendly appointment with the recruiter. Logged onto the meeting and waited about 5-6 minutes, but no one joined. Left and messaged the recruiter. They were apologetic, and explained they had back to back interviews all morning. Set up another time later the same day and they were on time. We discussed the position and my background. The recruiter had a couple of questions for me and gave me ample time to talk ask my own questions. At the end they asked if I was interested in continuing, I said yes and they said they were going to recommend me for another interview and send my resume to a couple other people, and that they were meeting with the CEO the following day. Later that day they messaged me because they had forgotten to ask about my experience with their sales platform. Two days later I received a pretty standard email telling me I was not moving on for consideration.

Initially, I spoke with a recruiter on Zoom and the call was less than 15 minutes. Seemed more to just be checking the boxes to move to the next round. Sent a thank you email and received a response about a week later. Next, I interviewed on Zoom with someone who was in the same role that I was interviewing for. I thought the interview went really well but thought I might not move forward because I had mentioned that I wouldn't be able to work until 8 pm EST (as that was not in the job description) and that I was looking for more of a 9-5 position. I sent a thank you note but didn't receive a response. I then received an automated rejection email a few days later. I sent an email thanking them for the opportunity to interview and asking for feedback and didn't get a response to that either.
