I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Awful experience - interviewed twice here over a year apart. The first time the role was in SF which I wasn't interested in. The second time I interviewed with the head of Ops Recruiting and then just never heard back. I was just reached out to for the 3rd time with no reference to the previous processes.
From what I have heard, it's run like a recruiting agency and there's no plan to change that. Pass.
I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Apr 2026
Interview
Very poor. Had a first round conversation with someone who was very genuine. Was moved along to the next step which was an assessment. The assessment was a 2 hour test about colors and shapes. Nothing that relates to the job in any way. Very similar to an ink blot personality test with pattern recognition included.
I received an email that I didn’t pass but I wasn’t given a score and was told there is no feedback available. Their email said “we acknowledge we miss out on great candidates this way.”
Incredibly bizarre way to assess candidates. If the goal is skills based hiring try an assessment that focuses on actual job skills not an arbitrary test about shapes and colors that you aren’t even willing to share how it is graded.
