The initial screening process was an interview with a Junior colleague mostly for screening purposes which was a casual chat. This interview was followed by an interview with VP level person followed by MD. The interview was fairly conversational and I was made to feel comfortable.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Poorly structured hiring process. Interviewers are rescheduling and sending invites without even asking the candidate if they are available. The employers don't know what their budget is, and after the entire process was done, they say they don't have the budget to hire for the expected CTC quoted. That should have been made clear at the start. Why should anyone waste time doing their assignments and giving them free labour, if they don't even have the budget to begin with. The interviewers asked misogynistic questions like married or unmarried. Clearly had no regard for work-life balance either, would send hiring communications over the weekends. I wouldn't even recommend people to go through their hiring process, let alone work there.
