Thank you for taking the time to review your interview experience with us. Feedback is very important at Chatmeter and you make some good points here- namely that we should have followed up after the interview loop was complete. While we're not in the business of making excuses, the person responsible for that aspect of the process was on travel during this time and it fell through cracks. It's also very important to us that candidates feel heard and valued and if your final interview didn't provide you with that experience, we'll work to continue to improve in that regard. Our interview process does include a series of questions posed to every candidate in an effort to uncover their role and level of previous involvement in similar projects they would be tasked with- this is not intended as an effort to solicit information irrelevant to the specific role a candidate interviews for.
We're happy to report that we have had an excellent response to our new packages, and continue to excel in the service we provide to our loyal customer base. Our team is strong because we're very selective in our hiring process. With the state of the market, we've heard from many competitive candidates who experienced layoffs and are looking for roles with companies that will provide a more stable environment that will allow their careers to flourish. Because of this, we've had to make some very difficult decisions as our hiring plans don't support unfettered growth and we aren't able to hire every talented candidate that interviews with our teams.
