The interview process was very disorganized. They initially scheduled me with the VP, then canceled it to set up a meeting with the director instead. After the first interview, I waited quite a while to hear back. I honestly thought they saw me as the right fit, but they ended up choosing a new graduate with no work experience over me for reasons I can only assume.

Holistic interview process- involves everyone from the direct manager, to the CEO. The company took the time to get to know me through several interviews, and allowing me to ask questions in return to make sure it was the right fit all around. I felt that I had a good understanding of the culture, company dynamic and position far in advance of the final interview.
