A very human approach to getting to know their people. Liked that it was not a cookie cutter approach. This gives you a good glimpse of the culture. Overall, great experience

Asked a few questions, was mostly small talk. Wasn't much to it, as the turn over rate is high and I am assuming they needed to fill the position quickly.
