Interview process consisted of 2 rounds.
The first round was a session with two employees. We talked about the role, my capabilities and the organisation.
After the first round I was called a few days later to invite me for another round. I was requested to do a data analysis assignment which was given to all HQ employees. You can approach is to whatever degree of technicality is required for your role. I did some statistical analysis on the small set of data. Afterwards I was invited to describe my results in a presentation with 2 employees and the CEO.
After this presentation I went on a short walk with another (non-technical) employee to talk a little bit about company culture and to get a better feel for the company.
