They confirmed that I was there to interview to be a hostess when I arrived and proceeded to have me sit and wait. Had me wait for 45 minutes before telling me the position was filled, Tried to ask me if I was interested in their lower-paying positions.

I filled out the application online and was asked to come in for an interview. I did about a week later and then they asked me to come in for a second interview

Was screened by server manager then had to come back for 2nd interview with restaurant manager. Host position is $13.50/hr. They offered to train me for 4-6 weeks to become a server (which would have higher wage from tips).
